Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement. Products ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking to any US address. First Class Mail generally takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive, but may take longer during the holidays, or due to unexpected delays caused by weather, COVID-19 staffing shortages, civil unrest or other factors. A tracking number will be provided after order processing has been completed.

We allow returns ONLY if the product is UNOPENED and in sellable condition. All returns must be presented within 5 days of receiving the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping/handling. There is a 20% restocking fee deducted from all unopened returned products. We will NOT accept returns if you dislike the aroma of the product and/or if it’s been opened. Please contact us ASAP if damaged or missing items so that we can resolve the issue. We accept all returns if it’s of our error. We require that you notify us before you ship your return back to us. Essential Oils are highly concentrated aromatic extracts derived from plants through distillation of a variety of plant material, although some plants are extracted via cold pressed process, CO2 extraction, or solvent extraction. Aromatic plants can be extracted from the following plant material: grasses, leaves, flowers, needles, twigs, peel of fruit, wood and roots.

Lavender- It is great for calming and balancing strong emotions such as panic, frustration, anger and nervous anxiety. Also helps with stress, depression, dementia, insomnia and many other conditions. Geranium- is extremely equalizing and appears to work miracles on the mind, body and spirit. Eucalyptus- has anti-viral and anti-bacterial healing assets. Its antimicrobial effects fight many bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Also, an immune-stimulatory, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic, and spasmolytic benefits. Relieves seasonal allergies, cold and cough, improves congestion/respiratory conditions, and headaches. Disinfects home and stops mood growth. Rosemary- improves brain function, boost immune system, repel certain bugs, relieves pain and inflammation. Its antiseptic properties help to fight infections that causes illness. Essential oils general hold their potency for 1-3 years unopened and approximatley one year once opened. This may depend on storage area. Keep out of sunlight and store in dark, cool temperature areas.

Adding essential oils to a diffuser (with distilled water) is recommended use. For massage use: The essential oil products are very potent; therefore, a patch test is recommended before massage on skin with a carrier oil (olive, coconut, jojoba, etc.) to dilute.

Please note that, since essential oils are highly concentrated, you may experience an allergic reaction to an oil even if you've never experienced an allergic reaction to the same plant as it occurs in nature. If you're not sure if an oil will cause an allergic reaction, please dilute the oil and do a patch test, leaving it on the skin 30 minutes or so. If a reaction occurs, please stop using the product immediately. Always keep out of reach of children and pets. Not for internal use! If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare practitioner before using. Avoid eye contact. Not recommended using an essential oil undiluted. The ingredient Clary Sage is not recommended to use in a bath, or with pets.
